“Independent third-party” refers to:
Transport owners, transport service providers, truck owners, fleet operators, material suppliers, and other independent service providers who are not employees or direct representatives of our platform.

2. Service Model (Very Important)
We operate only as an intermediary booking platform.Our role is limited to:Receiving customer requirementsSharing requirements with available independent third-party suppliers and transport service providersConnecting both parties for direct communicationWe do not:Own any trucks or transport vehiclesOperate or control transport servicesSupply building materials or goodsControl pricing, delivery, or execution of servicesAll final agreements, pricing, and service terms are made directly between the customer and the independent third-party service provider.
3. Booking Fee Policy
Our service booking/coordination fee is based on service type, requirement size, distance, and coordination effort. This fee is charged only for service coordination and connecting customers with independent third-party transport owners and service providers.
(i) Transport Booking fee may vary (example ranges: ₹499 / ₹799 / ₹999 / ₹1499 / ₹2499).
(ii) Building material Booking fee structure are below:
1. ₹199 – Basic Inquiry / Simple Requirement
This applies when the customer only needs basic information or a small/local inquiry. It includes:
- Rate inquiry
- Single contact or basic connection
- Small local transport request
Example: Asking for mini truck rate or nearby supplier contact.

2. ₹499 – Standard Booking Request
This applies for confirmed and simple transport requirements. It includes:
- One standard vehicle booking
- Clear pickup and drop location
- Normal coordination effort
Example: Single truck sand, cement, or material delivery.

3. ₹799 / ₹999 – Heavy or Bulk Requirement
This applies for larger or more complex bookings. It includes:
- Heavy vehicle (HYWA / large truck) requirement
- Bulk material transport
- Multiple coordination efforts
Example: One HYWA sand load or bulk construction material transport.

Important points:
Booking fee is charged for service activation and coordination support,
It covers requirement processing and connection with independent third-party service providers,
Booking fee does not include transport cost, material cost, or service charges,
Final service cost is decided directly between customer and independent third-party provider,
Booking fee is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances once the service request has been processed or forwarded to service providers,
Booking fee is applicable only for platform coordination services
4. Third-Party Services Disclaimer
All transport services, material supply, pricing, and delivery execution are handled by independent third-party transport owners and service providers.We are not responsible for:Any dispute between customer and service providerDelay in service or deliveryQuality, quantity, or condition of goods/materialsPricing differences or negotiation outcomesCancellation or non-performance by any third-party providerAny issue must be resolved directly between customer and the respective service provider.
5. User Responsibilities
By using this platform, the user agrees:To provide accurate and complete requirement detailsTo communicate directly with independent third-party providers for final agreementTo verify all service details before confirming booking or dealTo ensure lawful and responsible use of the platformWe are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete information provided by the user.
6. No Guarantee Clause
We do not guarantee:Availability of transport or service providers at all timesFixed pricing or standard ratesDelivery timelines or schedulesQuality or performance of third-party servicesAvailability depends entirely on independent third-party service providers.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:We shall not be liable for any:Loss or damageFinancial disputesDelay in serviceBusiness lossDirect, indirect, or consequential damagesarising from the use of this platform or services provided by independent third parties.
8. Payment & Transactions
All payments related to transport, materials, or delivery services are handled directly between customer and independent third-party service providers unless explicitly stated otherwise.We are not responsible for any payment disputes between customer and service providers.
9. Service Modification
We reserve the right to:Modify or update servicesChange booking/coordination fee structureUpdate terms and conditions at any time without prior noticeContinued use of the platform means acceptance of updated terms.
10. Termination of Service
We may suspend or terminate access to the platform if:Misuse of service is detectedFalse or misleading information is providedAny illegal activity is identified
